Bio:

Born to Ukrainian parents in the rough suburbs of Moscow, Russia. Vitaliy grew up under the shadows of two Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti (KGB) agents. For most of his childhood, Vitaliy lived with them traveling from one place to another to remain safe. Because of this, making friends was very difficult, and as their only son, made for a lonely childhood.

As a teenager, Vitaliy got mixed up with the wrong crowd upon his family's return to Moscow. He started out torturing animals, stealing from the wealthier families in the better neighborhoods and eventually moved on to street fights, gang related violence, and was beaten up by police at least three times by the time he reached his twenties.

As a young adult in 2007, he joined a well known Russian street gang, known as Bratva. (Or "Brotherhood" in English translation, and it was here that he met Sergio Mikhailov after a botched drug deal with an incompetent partner ended with a dead gang member and Mikhailov finding himself in need of a new partner. Anakey Smirnov, the leader of "Bratva" later decided what he was pleased with the results he was getting from the pairing of these two masterminds, but something deeper started for the two of them, from that point forward they were inseparable. Telling each other of their master plans and executing each one flawlessly. This is also where he began dabbling in the world of murder-for-hire and drug dealing. In 2009 when Vitaliy finally left Bratva, Sergio decided instead of losing the only partner and friend he knew he could trust, he too would leave and soon took up a position as the Head of Security for Vitaliy at the Romanov Estate on the outskirts of the city in Moscow. It was also in that year that the two formed their own small street gang they named Vovky ("The Wolves" in Ukrainian). Owing to their strict code of death-before-defeat and adapted the equitas veridas mindset. The two would go on with their dealings together from here.

In 2010, while on a drug run in the United States, Vitaliy and Sergio encountered their first scuffle with American law, knowing that one of them had to get out and get back to Vovky Sergio took the fall for the pending drug charges and allowed Vitaliy to escape, the two would not see each other again until early 2011. Mikhailov would go on to be incarcerated at the Blackwater River Correctional Facility in Milton County, Florida, and while serving a year of prison time, he attempted to escape twice, both resulting in his re-capture.

Finally. Vitaliy lost both his parents to the to what he believed to be the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) A self proclaimed Ukrainian terror organization, (As proclaimed by the Ukrainian Government). (Later discovering they had been captured, tortured and killed by their own within the KGB for the believed betrayal of their country). This forced Vitaliy to go on the run, as the sole survivor of their attack and one of many men and women on their hit-list. He would leave behind the home he grew up in, and flee to Miami, Florida in search of a place to lay low and develop a plan for avenging his losses. During his stay in Miami, he became even more heavily involved in the sale and trade of heroin, cocaine and marijuana in order to gain the funds needed for his intentions. This in turn opened the doors for him to become well connected in the American Government as well as with governments and their agencies all over the world. Most particularly in Russia and Ukraine and even France (A well known enemy of many other European countries, and the United States).

One of Vitaliy's personal vendettas would lead him to return to Moscow in the spring of 2010, where he was later rejoined by Sergio and also where by chance on a mission to wipe out DPR "Prime Minister" Alexander Zakharchenko, he would meet Zara Zafrina Petrov, another lone wolf like himself who was on a similar mission. The two were great adversaries from the very beginning. Often trying to kill each other, rather than their original opponent. For Vitaliy, Zara was just another name on a long list the world would be better off without. But not long after this meeting, that left Vitaliy battered and bleeding in a Moscow backstreet alleyway. The two crossed paths again at a bar and fiery tempers and jealousy gave way to passion, and eventually a partnership of joined efforts.

The two would not admit feelings of affection for each other until much later in 2011. With the combined effort assassination of a Middle Eastern drug lord.

Finally in the summer of 2011. Vitaliy proposed to Zara and the two were married on September 3rd in a high class, high profile wedding ceremony at which many well known world leaders were present, and even a few leaders of other terrorist organizations, including the two heads of DPR and the KGB, and then just a month or two after that, their first son. Stefan, (sometimes referred to as Stefano) was born and Sergio was made Godfather to him and to the other two Romanov children who would follow in the years to come.

In February of 2014, When Russia attacked Ukraine in Crimea in an attempt to take land they believed to be theirs, Vitaliy declared his allegiance once more to Ukraine and became actively involved with the fighting, this would lead to he and Zara arriving on the boarder and during this risky operation, Zara was kidnapped by KGB agents. Leaving Vitaliy distraught and forcing him to focus more on her safe return rather than the fighting. It was also during this time that Sergio finally stepped up again to comfort Vitaliy and make an effort to bring Zara home, which to their dismay he failed and in October of 2014 Vitaliy was forced to go to a morgue where he positively identified the remains of Zara, and spent a good remainder of the year mourning the loss and finding comfort and companionship once again in the presence of his friend.

Unexpectedly in 2015. Zara returned, once again everything changed as the two picked up their marriage where they left off and Zara was reunited with Stefan, who up until that point had been raised by Vitaliy, Sergio and Irina (a hired nanny).

In current time (2016 - Future). Zara and Vitaliy run Vovky together. Meeting with clients over drug deals and aiding in the fight on going between Ukraine and Russia over the unauthorized take over of Crimea and the Fire of Odessa. They continue to use terror tactics and aid with funding the fight.
